- Rearing, maintenance and laboratory trials concerning efficacy and the physiological resistance of pulicides, with special emphasis on cat fleas.
- Field treatment, inspections and evaluations of the efficacy of termiticides.
- Maintenance of cultures of several species of cockroaches and involvement with cockroach efficacy trials.
